South Pole Information Technology Pictures
Or SPIT for short. We had our pictures taken yesterday oustide of the dome where we work. It was only -15C outside, relatively balmy. So here are two of the better ones (IMHO):

Seems The Blur still can't grow a proper beard. Also, I can't help but notice in your blog (and related separate emails) how prevalent drinking is down on the Pole. Perhaps you should teach your new pals how to "Row the Boat" or teach 'em some old rugby tunes!
Blur, just think: without any ozone, you might actually get a tan!

What's wrong with my beard? I had just started to grow it in this picture. It is a lot more absorbant now.
